What you will do

• Regional Strategy: Develop and execute a unified PR roadmap across 10+ markets, ensuring our global AI narrative resonates locally while respecting cultural nuances.

• Trust & Authority: Launch proactive campaigns and thought leadership pieces that establish our product as a secure, ethical, and indispensable tool for users.

• Media Relations: Build and maintain high-impact relationships with top-tier tech, business, and mainstream journalists across Australia, SEA, India, and beyond.

• Agency Management: Lead and inspire our network of regional PR agencies, ensuring high-quality output and consistent brand voice across all localized content.

• Crisis & Issues Management: Act as the calm voice of reason, navigating complex regulatory environments and potential communications challenges with speed and precision.

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 5-8years of professional experience in PR or Corporate Communications, specifically within the Tech, AI, or high-growth SaaS sectors.

• Market Knowledge: Proven track record of managing multi-market campaigns within the APAC region, particularly in key hubs like Singapore, HK, TW, Australia, or SEA.

• Media Savvy: A deep rolodex of existing media contacts and a "news sense" for what makes a story stick in the current tech climate.

• Strategic Agility: Experience managing external PR agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable impact against business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingualism: Fluency in one or more regional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa, or Korean) is a significant plus.

• Community Builder: Experience in non-traditional PR, such as working with tech evangelists, or community-led growth initiatives.

• Data-Driven: Proficiency in using PR measurement tools to track sentiment, share of voice, and the ROI of communication efforts.

• Adaptability: A "startup mindset"—comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the pace of a rapidly scaling global tech company.
