A top rated law firm is seeking a mid level associate with 2-4 years experience in Public Finance. 50 attorneys of the firm are ranked in 2014 edition, and the firm’s presence in the highly-regarded national attorney directory has more than doubled in the last five years.The firm is ranked among the country’s top 25 law firms for associate satisfaction. The firm also received its seventh consecutive perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index. We are looking for an associate with 2-4 years’ experience to join a multi-disciplinary, tax-exempt distressed debt group. The firms nationally renowned practice offers challenging work, an entrepreneurial and collegial environment, and a unique opportunity to work with a growing practice group. Their associates have the opportunity to work closely with our senior lawyers handling sophisticated and high profile workouts throughout the country.

Responsibilities
The candidate would support the firm’s tax-exempt distressed debt practice.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have experience with debt, including loan agreements and security agreements.
• Must possess a strong academic background, as well as strong written and interpersonal skills, as well as solid analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
• Be committed to excellence, teamwork and superior client service.
