We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant - Glass Cleaner to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Public Area Attendant - Glass Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our establishment's common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells, and toilets to the highest standards
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure all areas meet our cleanliness and safety standards
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate department
• Properly use and store cleaning supplies and equipment in accordance with health and safety guidelines
• Assist with the upkeep of back-of-house areas as needed
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible approach to work, including willingness to work various shifts
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive and friendly attitude
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for guests
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written)
