Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner for several facilities we manage in Sioux City. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible, recurring work with a consistent schedule.

1 facility: Cleaned every weekend

1 facility: Cleaned bi-weekly (every other weekend)

3 facilities: Cleaned monthly

All facilities are on a set schedule and can be cleaned during the day/evenings and weekends (flexible timing depending on the location).

Responsibilities:

General cleaning and sanitizing (restrooms, floors, trash removal, surfaces)

Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

Restocking basic supplies as needed

Climbing on a ladder to change lights

Ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and presentable after each visit

Requirements:

Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred (but not required)

Ability to pass a background check

Compensation:

Starting pay of $15.00/hour
