Psychotherapist & Staff Clinician

Our practice provides mental health services to adolescents, adults, and couples. We are looking to add LPC, LCPC, LCSW clinicians to our staff.

Requirements

Graduated with a Master’s degree in counseling, art therapy, psychology, social work, or related field

Licensed in the state of Illinois as LPC or exam passed (NCE) or licensed as LCPC, LCSW

Experience or interest in working with individuals across the lifespan and couples

Diversity affirming

Compliance with and knowledge of HIPAA and ethical guidelines

Able to implement and follow through with practice systems and guidelines

Dynamic, ethical, collaborative, self-starter, organized, and professional

Able to effectively communicate, receive constructive feedback, and work autonomously

Ability to work 25 to 30 hours per week

Willing to supervise (LCPC/LCSW)

Bilingual or Multilingual (Preferred)

Eager to grow with practice

Personal secure computer with secure and reliable home internet

Responsibilities

Grow and maintain a caseload of 25 clinical contact unit hours per week (full-time position)

Provide counseling to individuals across the lifespan and couples

Complete all documentation within 24 hours (assessments, progress notes, treatment plans)

Maintain professional and ethical requirements for licensure

Contact and schedule clients timely and professionally

Actively pursue further training to refine and enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Attend supervision and meetings (licensure dependent)

Benefits

W-2 employee status with market competitive flat rate per hour and fee structure is based on licensure level and experience

Yearly bonus of 1% to 2% (% is profit and performance dependent and at discretion of practice)
