Responder Support Services is hiring Part-Time Psychotherapist/Mental Health Clinicians with the potential to increase hours to Full-Time to join our growing team across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. What You'll Do
Provide individualized and group therapy, crisis support, and trauma-informed care to police, fire, EMS, and other agency personnel
Use evidence-based modalities to guide recovery and resilience
Maintain clear and confidential clinical records
Collaborate across agencies and disciplines to support comprehensive care
What You Bring
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
Licensed or provisionally licensed in NC (LCSW, LCMHC, LPA, LMFT, PhD, etc.)
Experience with trauma-informed care is preferred
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Deep empathy and unwavering commitment to helping first responders
