About the Opportunity

Multiple Consultant Psychiatrist positions are now available across modern, purpose-built adult inpatient mental health units within a well-established and growing health network in Adelaide. These roles offer a chance to take on meaningful clinical work in a region where your leadership and expertise will shape services and outcomes for years to come.

You will provide expert psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and care to adult patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of dedicated professionals in a collaborative and learning-focused environment. Whether you're already a fellow of RANZCP or approaching completion, or an international specialist eligible for the Expedited or Substantial Comparability Pathway – you are encouraged to apply.

Who We’re Looking For

You are a driven, compassionate Consultant Psychiatrist who thrives in a collaborative clinical environment. You’re eager to take a proactive role in service delivery and continuous improvement. Most importantly, you’re committed to delivering excellent patient outcomes and mentoring junior colleagues within a supportive team.

Essential:

• MBBS or equivalent qualification
• Fellowship of RANZCP (or close to completion), or eligibility
• Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Medical Board of Australia with specialist registration in Psychiatry
• A genuine desire to make a positive impact in a public health setting
