Job Description
Program in Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is a multi-disciplinary, evidence-based outreach program that assists those with serious mental illness, integrate into the community. Bright Harbor Healthcare provides PACT services to more than 160 people in all of Ocean County. A Team consists of various specialties that may include, but not limited to: a Psychiatrist, Advanced Practice Nurse, RNs, Masters Level and Licensed Clinicians, Co-occurring Specialists, Vocational Specialists, MH specialists, and Peer mental health specialists. The Team shares in most responsibilities as a whole and maintains contact with individuals despite re hospitalization, incarceration or homelessness.
Position Title: Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor (Job Id: 024-00137)
Position Type: Full Time; 40 Hours/Weekly

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000
Requirements:
• Under supervision assist clients with ADL's and obtaining basic needs
• Under supervision assess clients emotional wellbeing, clinical symptomology, behavioral changes and medication effectiveness
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field
• A minimum of two year's experience working with individuals diagnosed with chronic persistent mental illness
• Valid NJ Driver's license with less than 6 points
