Psych Nurse Practitioner needed to join a leader in behavioral health services and programs throughout Colorado, with an organization that continues to build on a reputation for success that is more than 35 years in the making.
The Psych NP will provide direct psychiatric assessment, medication management and triage services to a broad range of people of varying ages and backgrounds.
Perform Patient assessment, medication evaluation and medication management visits for clients, including prescribing, distributing, and administering medications under the direction of the Medical Director.
Assure appropriate care through collaboration with providers, clinical staffing, referral and case management for clients’ physical health or other needs, patient education, developing and managing crisis plans, and outreach to clients.
Coordinate efforts to assist clients to receive medication with local pharmacies, primary care providers, insurance companies, patient assistance programs and other sources. Complete pre-authorizations and required documentation as needed
