Experienced Psych NP to work in an outpatient facility which provides Primary and Integrated Behavioral Healthcare to patients with addiction and co-occurring psychiatric conditions
Practitioner will consult with Physicians with regard to psychotropic medications for clinic patients and provide medication assessments and monitoring of patients
Perform detailed intake assessments, create treatment plans and provide follow up care to patients in conjunction with Physicians, NP’s, Nurses and other clinicians as part of the multidisciplinary treatment team
Monday – Friday Flexible Schedule (32-40 hours), No Nights, No Weekends and No Call
Requirements:
MA License
DEA
CSR
Experience with dual-diagnosed patients
