The Role
We’re looking for a compassionate, collaborative Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to support our growing clinic and provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care. In this role, you’ll work closely with patients to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions while partnering with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure care is accessible, coordinated, and supportive.

What You’ll Do
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and ongoing medication management
Diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions using evidence-based practices
Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients
Provide patient education around diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
Monitor patient progress, medication effectiveness, and side effects
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation in the EHR
Collaborate with therapists, medical providers, and administrative staff to support coordinated care
Participate in care planning, case consultations, and team collaboration
Respond to patient messages, refill requests, and clinical follow-ups in a timely manner
Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards of practice
What We’re Looking For
Active, unrestricted PMHNP license (Colorado)
Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Experience providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management (outpatient experience preferred)
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
Patient-centered, compassionate approach to care
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing clinic environment
Experience with Practice Fusion and/or Tebra preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Schedule
Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with an hour lunch (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
