Psych Nurse Practitioner needed to cover outpatient clinic and 2 adolescent residential facilities in Haverhill and Lowell. Split time as needed between locations (Psychiatrist Supervision Provided)

Flexible schedule, make own hours, 4 day work week.

Requires reliable, dependable, professional provider who will check in with facilities weekly to determine work schedule and facility needs

Responsibilities will include, assessing patients mental health, prescribing medication, initiating diagnostic and therapeutic measures
