PSS Team Leader

Location: Paço de Arcos - Q45, Portugal

As a PSS Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving HR operational excellence through data, processes and people leadership. You will support management with reliable HR insights, ensure consistency across HR operations and help your team deliver a smooth and high-quality employee experience.

What you will do:

•
Lead and support the PSS team in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring service quality and consistency

•
Act as a key partner to management by providing HR data, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making

•
Monitor, analyze, and optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle

•
Ensure data accuracy, coherence, and integrity across HR systems and reports

•
Proactively identify process gaps and propose practical, business-oriented solutions

•
Provide cross-functional HR support and guidance to stakeholders and internal clients

•
Oversee and contribute to the deployment and maintenance of HR data quality standards

•
Support continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of efficiency and collaboration

What we are looking for:

•
Proven experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Data & Processes

•
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

•
Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate, support, and motivate a team

•
Solid understanding of HR systems, data quality principles, and reporting tools

•
Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
