Job Title: PSP Manager
We are looking for an experienced PSP Manager to join our iGaming team and take ownership of our payment service provider (PSP) ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding payment solutions across multiple markets, ensuring seamless, secure, and compliant payment operations for our players and partners.
This role is critical to supporting business growth, improving payment performance, and maintaining strong relationships with PSPs, banks, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full onboarding lifecycle of new Payment Service Providers (PSPs) from initial engagement through successful go-live.
Act as the primary point of contact for new PSPs, managing first touch, introductory discussions, and ongoing communication.
Coordinate the collection and submission of KYC, compliance, and due diligence documentation, working closely with internal Compliance and Legal teams.
Support and coordinate commercial and contractual processes, including agreement reviews, execution, and follow-ups.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with PSPs, including email correspondence and operational chat groups.
Translate business and operational requirements into clear technical integration requests and coordinate with the Tech team.
Oversee and coordinate pre-live testing, including UAT, transaction testing, and issue resolution.
Manage and validate go-live checklists, ensuring all operational, technical, compliance, and finance requirements are met.
Coordinate the go-live process, ensuring all relevant internal teams are informed and aligned ahead of launch.
Provide daily operational support for existing PSPs, including issue tracking, follow-ups, and performance monitoring.
Serve as the first-line communication bridge between PSPs and internal teams via email and operational chats.
Act as an internal coordination hub, ensuring information is clearly communicated, actioned, and followed through across departments.
Identify, manage, and escalate issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders (Finance, Tech, Head of Payments, Payment Specialists) when required.
Monitor PSP performance and proactively suggest improvements to payment flows, processes, and operational efficiency.
Represent the company at industry expos, conferences, and PSP events, building relationships and bringing back market insights, trends, and opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
1+ years of experience in a PSP, Payments, or Payments Operations role within the iGaming / online gambling industry or related fields (Forex, Payment Provider, KAM, etc)
Experience working with multiple PSPs across different jurisdictions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with payment dashboards, reporting tools, and back-office systems.
Fluency in English and Russian is required; additional languages are a plus
