The department PS-SC/EBY-JP (Engineering Application Japan) is responsible for calibration projects of Bosch ECU Systems. From technical expertise in functions Calibration to Project Application and Management, we provide excellent calibration services solutions for our customers in the areas of Control and Connected powertrain.

Role: Application Project Manager

Responsible for "on time, on spec, on budget" in the scope of the Project calibration for Powertrain ECU system development.

Your tasks will be:

- Implementation of project management in the scope of sub-project Calibration: 

Calibration requirements management

Apply appropriate project management processes, methods and tools;

Develop and maintain the calibration project plan;

Assignment and tracking of work packages to the project team;

Implementation of necessary project reviews;

Leadership and Coordination of technical topics in the scope of the Calibration project;

Regular communication with internal and external customers;

Project status reporting to the review committee;

- Implementation and execution of Calibration product delivery process:

Ensure completion of calibration work products through progress conformity and data maturity management.

Delivery of calibrated program versions to internal/external customers;

Coordination of series release of calibration work products.

- Implementation of the acquisition process and project scope management 

Support the project acquisition phase based on Internal and external requirements;

Estimation of project engineering efforts and required resources;

Definition and maintenance of calibration project scope as well as boundary conditions. 

- Carry out risk management in the scope of sub-project Calibration;

Required qualification/skill

- Motivation to work on engine/vehicle calibration development.

- Project management experience

- Knowledge on ICE/BEV/HEV powertrain control systems.

- Knowledge on Bosch ECU system.

- Good Cooperation and communication skills

- Japanese Language skill: Business level - JLPT N1 or above

- English Language skill: Business level - TOEIC ~600 or above preferred
