• Als Prozessingenieur Lithography (w/m/div.) betreuen Sie Prozesse und Anlagen im Bereich Lithography und richten dabei den Fokus auf die Rezepterstellung sowie die Verbesserung der Prozessstabilität und der Maschinenverfügbarkeit.
• Sie analysieren und lösen Produktions- und Prozessprobleme und erstellen Auswertungen sowie Korrelationen von Daten zur Steigerung der Prozessqualität und der Ausbeute und setzen dabei die Bosch Anforderungen der Prozessstabilität mittels SPC, FDC und R2R um.
• Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bereichsspezifische Projekte zur Prozessflexibilisierung und Kostensenkung.
• In Ihrer Verantwortung liegt außerdem die Durchführung von Freigabeprozessen sowie das Adaptieren existierender Prozesse auf neue Anlagen.
• Zudem unterstützen Sie bei der Entwicklung neuer Fertigungsverfahren sowie der Beschaffung von Fertigungsanlagen und sind an Technologietransfers beteiligt.

Ausbildung: erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom/Master) in Elektrotechnik, Halbleitertechnologie, Chemie, Physik, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbarem Studiengang

Qualifikation: gute Kenntnisse und erste Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Lithographie, bevorzugt 300-mm Halbleitertechnologie, Erfahrungen im Bereich Datenanalyse und Datenverarbeitung, Kenntnisse in Problemlösungstechniken sowie Qualitätsmethoden wie FMEA, SPC, APC oder Lean Six Sigma, Anwendungssicherheit mit Office-Applikationen

Persönlichkeit: teamfähig, flexibel, motiviert, belastbar, kommunikationsstark,

Arbeitsweise: selbständig, eigenverantwortlich, ergebnis- und qualitätsorientiert sowie in hohem Maße zuverlässig

Sprachen: sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
