Für unseren Kunden im Versicherungsumfeld suchen wir einen erfahrenen Berater / Proxy Product Owner (Delivery Manager). Ziel dieser Interim-Rolle ist es, die Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und Delivery-Teams externer Provider im Rahmen eines neuen Target Operating Models (TOM) zu validieren. Das TOM ist bereits definiert und soll nun im Zuge anstehender Projekte End-to-End umgesetzt und verfeinert werden.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Ausfüllen der Interim-Rolle Business-Analyse und Anforderungsmanagement an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und Delivery-Teams von externen Partnern und Providern (Standard-Software)

• Konkrete Umsetzung von zwei neuen Use-Cases im Bereich von Frontend-Lösungen

• Selbstständige Leitung und Durchführung von Analyse- und Umsetzungsaktivitäten unter Anwendung etablierter Methoden und Frameworks

• Entwicklung und Management des Lean Business Case, inklusive Definition von Value, Scope und Deliverables

• Etablierung klarer Prozesse und Übergaben, um eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen Fachbereich und externen Delivery-Teams sicherzustellen

• Anwendung agiler Prinzipien, um Transparenz, Fortschritt und Priorisierung in der Umsetzung zu gewährleisten

• Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen Implementierung durch Definition und Dokumentation von Prozessen, Artefakten und Rollenbeschreibungen

• Übernahme zusätzlicher Aufgaben im Rahmen der Linie während der Übergangsphase
