Deliver School Leadership and 5R Learning Resource Manual (LRM) trainings to achieve project targets and outcomes, ensuring GEDSI, Child Protection, and Safe Schools principles are mainstreamed across all sessions.
Facilitate Safe Schools and respectful relationships sessions with secondary school students, strengthening student leadership, peer-to-peer support mechanisms, and positive behaviour.
Provide follow-up support to trained school leaders on the development and implementation of School Learning Improvement Plans (SLIPs), Behaviour Management Plans, and delivery of 5R sessions, in collaboration with provincial and district-level staff.
Review and provide technical advice on draft plans to strengthen quality, effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement.
Participate in regular coordination meetings with project staff to review progress, identify challenges and risks, and develop corrective or mitigation actions in consultation with Lead Trainers, PDOE, and District Officers.
Work with school leaders and teachers to strengthen parental and community engagement in children’s learning, school planning, and the implementation of school development and behaviour management plans.
Prepare timely training and activity reports for each project target area, highlighting effective practices, lessons learned, and challenges encountered.
Contribute to training planning in target areas, anticipate operational risks, and support contingency planning; assist with administrative and financial requirements as required.
Work closely with sub-national NDOE counterparts (provincial and district levels) to plan, deliver, and monitor project activities.
Ensure full compliance with ChildFund’s policies, safeguarding standards, and procedures
