Provider Relations Specialist needs 5-7 years business experience,
preferably in network development, provider relations or documented
background in a sales and or account management capacity in the health
care field. ----
Provider Relations Specialist requires:
• insurance background and provider recruiting
• Sales for Medical Insurance ie… (Huamana, Aetna, Anthem)
• Pharmaceutical Sales
• Salesforce
Provider Relations Specialist duties:
• Responsible for the intake of new vision care providers from sales team members
• Enter request and track activity using Salesforce
• Manage resistances and answer questions to facilitate provider participation
