This role is critical to improving communication, strengthening trust with provider offices, and ensuring we stay top-of-mind with our referral partners. Having someone consistently assigned to this function will allow for timely updates, proactive problem-solving, and smoother coordination between our team and physician offices.
Key Responsibilities
Regular follow-up with physician offices and clinic staff
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with accounts
Providing consistent updates on referrals, orders, and case status
Identifying and resolving issues before they become barriers
Documenting communication clearly and accurately in the system
Acting as a reliable point of contact between providers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Experience working with physician offices, clinics, or healthcare accounts
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare, infusion, pharmacy, or medical office experience
Knowledge of referral workflows and provider expectations
Experience with CRM, EMR, or similar documentation systems
