About the Opportunity
Lead and elevate our Canadian sales team to drive growth, build lasting customer relationships, and shape the future of how we connect with innovators.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing sales processes
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and production teams to align on customer needs and solutions
• Analyze sales metrics and performance data to inform strategy and decision-making
• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners across Canada
• Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation within the sales team
• Identify and implement tools, processes, and training that enhance team effectiveness

About You
Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and people-first leader who thrives on building teams, driving results, and creating meaningful customer relationships. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Education: Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Skills:
o Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of developing successful teams
o Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage performance metrics
o Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
o A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand technical products and solutions
o Analytical thinking with experience using data to inform decisions
o A proactive, self-starting attitude with strong organizational and time management skills

Our starting annual total compensation package—including base salary and performance incentives—ranges from $69,000 to $82,000 depending on experience.
