Job Overview: We are seeking for highly motivated and talented fresh graduates to join our Protégé-Ready to Work (RTW) Program. As a participant of this program, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in SAP consulting industry. This program is designed to accelerate your career development and provide a solid foundation for a successful career through our 8 months of structured on-the-job training. Please be informed that this program is only open for Malaysian nationals.
We offer four types of Protégé Programs:
• Human Resource Protégé
• Marketing Protégé
• Partner Management Protégé
• Commercial Assistant Protégé
Position: Protégé-Ready to Work (RTW) Program
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job responsibilities for Human Resource Protégé:
• Support the planning and delivery of Employee Engagement (EE) and Learning & Development (L&D) activities, from preparation and coordination to session follow-up.
• Assist in ensuring sessions and activities, whether virtual or in-person, run smoothly by helping with logistics, participant coordination, and overall flow.
• Support assigned EE or L&D initiatives such as campaigns, learning sessions, recurring activities, or internal events, with guidance from the team.
• Maintain organized trackers, attendance lists, and shared documentation to ensure visibility and continuity.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, trainers, vendors, and participants to support smooth execution of activities.
• Raise any issues, gaps, or logistical challenges early and support follow-up actions where needed.
Job responsibilities for Marketing Protégé:
• Assist in prospecting new leads through online research, databases, and tools like LinkedIn or CRM platforms.
• Support the inside sales team in managing and updating the sales pipeline.
• Conduct initial outreach via email or phone to qualify leads and set up meetings for sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce,).
• Follow up on leads and previous contacts to nurture opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Job responsibilities for Partner Management Protégé:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain and organize records and documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and office communications as required by the partner management team.
• Support team efficiency by responding to inquiries, resolving administrative issues, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Job responsibilities for Commercial Assistant Protégé:
• Administer and maintain the company's project data through the SAP system.
• Contractor Management:
• Manage contractor registration and induction briefings.
• Prepare contracts such as MSA and SOW to contractors.
• Manage customer invoices:
• Prepare and send sales-related documents and invoices to customers.
• Carry out follow-up actions on payments from customers.
• Claims & Expenses:
• Review and approve employee travel claims and expenses.
• Office Management:
• Manage and ensure adequate office supplies.
• Handle office upgrade projects.
