Our Prosthetics team has brought countless characters to life, and now we’re gearing up for what’s next. We’re looking for passionate creatives and makers ready to join us for our next generation of exciting projects.
We have five 6-month fixed-term vacancies for Prosthetics Technicians – delivering hands-on fabrication to create high quality pieces of work through:
• Assisting with the creation of prosthetic appliances, gags, and silicone/foam builds. 
• Performing mold preparation, basic casting, trimming, patching, and surface finishing. 
• Preparing pigments, adhesives, and materials for prosthetic fabrication under guidance. 
• Following established methods to ensure durability and fit. 
• We’re looking for people who have a real interest and passion in prosthetics, and a portfolio that shows the pride you take in what you create.
You’ll have:
• 3+ years relevant experience, including hands-on skills working on prosthetics, makeup FX etc.
• The ability to follow briefs accurately
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Great time-management skills - deadlines are important
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• These roles are fixed term, for 6 months (based on our expected timelines for our upcoming projects) and are Wellington-based (Miramar).
• The pay rate for these roles is $30 to $38 per hour, depending on experience.
• These roles are full-time (42.5 hours per week)
