Proptech Product Manager - Robusta

Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany.

Key Accountabilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Identify market opportunities and drive product-market fit.
• Set product success metrics and monitor performance.

Product Delivery

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize backlog based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Align and collaborate with engineering, design, delivery, and commercial teams.
• Communicate product direction and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Support go-to-market planning and product adoption.

Customer & Market Insight

• Drive customer discovery and validate product decisions through data and insights.
• Continuously improve product experience based on feedback and usage analytics.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape.

Business Impact

• Own product KPIs such as adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact.
• Build business cases and make data-driven prioritization decisions.
• Optimize product performance to meet business objectives.

Decision Ownership

• Product roadmap and feature prioritization
• Trade-offs on scope vs. time vs. quality
• Release readiness and product Go/No-Go decisions
• Product performance improvements and iteration strategies
• Input into pricing and monetization strategy

Ability to define and evolve product direction aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Product Discovery – Advanced
Skilled in customer interviews, market validation, and problem framing techniques.
• Product Roadmapping – Advanced
Experience in building and managing strategic product roadmaps with clear priorities.
• Requirements & Documentation – Expert
Ability to write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Agile Product Delivery – Advanced
Strong experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver high-quality releases.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Advanced
Ability to define and track product KPIs, use analytics, and run experiments to guide product decisions.
• User Experience & Design Collaboration – Intermediate
Ability to partner closely with design to deliver intuitive product experiences.
• Technical Fluency – Intermediate
Good understanding of APIs, system architecture basics, and technical trade-offs to collaborate effectively with engineering.
