Proposal Writer (Prague, German, Bid Management, IT)

As a Proposal Writer / Bid Writer at D-ploy, you will play a vital role in our business development and client acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for creating compelling, well-structured, and technically sound proposals and bids in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFQs (Requests for Quotations), and other client solicitations. Your primary goal will be to secure new projects and contracts by effectively communicating our company's value proposition and capabilities to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal Development: Write, edit, and proofread proposals, bids, and other business documents with a focus on technical content, ensuring they are accurate, persuasive, and compliant with client requirements.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical knowledge and understanding of the industry to create detailed and comprehensive technical responses that showcase our capabilities and expertise.
• Research: Conduct in-depth research to gather information about potential clients, their needs, and the competitive landscape to tailor proposals accordingly.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project managers, and subject matter experts, to gather the necessary information and ensure proposal content aligns with client requirements.
• Bid Management: Manage the entire proposal/bid process, from the initial request through submission, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Compliance: Ensure that proposals meet all client requirements, including formatting, content, and submission guidelines.
• Content Improvement: Continuously improve and update proposal templates, boilerplate content, and case studies to maintain a library of reusable materials.
• Quality Assurance: Review and evaluate the quality of proposal submissions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Proposal Writer or Bid Writer.
• Technical knowledge and understanding of the IT Industry would be of benefit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English and German Language skills.
• Proficiency in using proposal and document management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Experience in project management and meeting tight deadlines.
• An understanding of procurement processes and government contracting
