Job Description
Translation Empire PK is looking for a Proposal Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, compelling business proposals and bids to support our organization's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will leverage your APMP certification and expertise to manage the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring timely and compliant submissions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Research and draft compelling business proposals tailored to business requirements.

· Conduct market research to identify current and future trends and opportunities.

· Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and submit business proposals as bids.

· Address queries related to proposals and raise concerns after assessing Terms of Reference (ToRs).

· Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute to the content and presentation of proposals, including preparing management summaries.

· Ensure proposals are compliant with business requirements and reflect best practices in structure, content, and presentation.

· Apply APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professional) best practices to ensure high-quality, professional proposals.

· Implement and maintain proposal development tools, templates, and processes for continuous improvement.

· Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on proposal best practices.

Requirements:
Qualification and Experience:

· Must have a degree in English language & Literarure.

· 2 years of experience in proposal writing or a bidding department is preferred.

· Familiarity with bidding processes and RFPs is a plus.

· Proven success in managing and winning competitive bids/Proposals.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Familiarity with proposal management software and tools is an advantage.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Certification:

· APMP Foundation (or higher) certification is required.
