Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Proposal Manager for a reputed organization based in Bahrain.

🔹 Position: Proposal Manager
🔹 Location: Bahrain
🔹 Salary Package: BD 2500 + HRA BD 500
🔹 Benefits:

🔹 Leave Cycle: 30 Calendar Days

🔹 Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

• Background in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Aluminum, Power, Water, or Steel industries

• Strong experience in technical & commercial proposal preparation

• Exposure to shutdowns, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or mechanical fabrication proposals

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

🔹 Criteria:

• Stable career history with consistent employment

• Experience with reputed or higher-tier companies

• Strong exposure to key contractors and clients

• Bahrain experience preferred; GCC experience mandatory

• Iraq experience will be an added advantage
