Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
We’re looking for a highly organized coordinator who can both execute and write in support of our growth and proposal operations. You’ll play a key role in drafting internal communications, summarizing inputs, and keeping proposal and pipeline activities organized and moving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning information into clear written outputs and keeping teams aligned. How would you like to be the person who keeps our growth engine running smoothly?
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities)::
• Coordinate proposal and RFI activities by maintaining schedules, trackers, and documentation, and drafting written summaries and internal communications
• Write and edit internal‑facing content, including daily growth status updates, opportunity summaries, and proposal support text (non‑technical)
• Maintain CRM and pipeline data accuracy and prepare inputs for leadership reporting
• Organize and maintain SharePoint libraries, templates, and internal documents
• Provide execution and writing support during proposal surges and high‑volume periods
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements)::
• 2-3 years of experience working with a proposal team or business development team
• Demonstrated history of delivering clear, accurate written content such as summaries, status reports, or internal communications
• Proven ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
• Comfort working with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications)::
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into concise written outputs
• A CF APMP, Shipley, or related certifications
• Familiarity with structured processes, templates, and trackers
• Interest in learning about federal contracting or professional services environments
