Are you a property professional with a sharp understanding of the UK residential market and a passion for seeing deals through to completion? A dynamic UK-based estate agency is looking for a Property Sales Manager to join their team, focusing exclusively on sales progression.

Working remotely from South Africa, you’ll take ownership of property transactions once offers are accepted, ensuring smooth progression through to exchange and completion. You’ll act as the central liaison between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents—resolving bottlenecks, managing timelines, and safeguarding a seamless process for all stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales progression journey from offer acceptance to completion.
• Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders including buyers, sellers, solicitors, agents, and brokers.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that could delay or jeopardise a transaction.
• Ensure regular, transparent communication and maintain alignment across all parties.
• Keep detailed, up-to-date records in CRM and property systems.
• Monitor compliance with UK legal timelines and conveyancing procedures.
• Manage complaints and escalations calmly and professionally.
• Contribute to operational success by reducing fall-through rates and increasing completion rates.


Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales progression, residential property sales support, or a related UK property pipeline role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the UK residential property market and conveyancing process.
• Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple transactions and tight deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, CRMs, and property platforms.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Equipment & Technical Requirements

• Reliable Windows Pro laptop or desktop (minimum i5 processor, 16GB RAM).
• Stable internet: minimum 25–30 Mbps download, 8–15 Mbps upload.
• Second monitor for managing multiple transactions.
• Professional-grade headset for clear client communication.
