Maryland Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations, drive property performance, and deliver a high quality resident experience. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in multifamily property management who are ready to take ownership of a community and lead a team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all property operations including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services
Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention
Oversee rent collections and support overall property financial performance
Supervise and develop onsite staff to achieve operational goals
Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and urgency
Maintain property standards, curb appeal, and unit readiness
Execute leasing and marketing strategies to maximize performance
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
Qualifications
Three to five years of experience in property management or multifamily housing
Proven experience managing operations and leading teams
Strong understanding of leasing performance and resident retention
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Compensation and Benefits
$30 to $38 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities
