Overview

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and providing administrative support that keeps property operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, remote position requiring 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first line of communication for tenants, owners, and vendors, delivering clear, professional, and courteous support.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and ensure client concerns are addressed promptly.

Manage ledgers and maintain accurate property-related records to support financial and administrative processes.

Provide administrative support for property managers, including documentation, scheduling, and communication tasks.

Multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Prior industry experience required; real estate or property management experience strongly preferred.

Confident, professional, and client-focused communication skills.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks despite daily interruptions.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium) is a plus.
