About the role
Based at our Manningham office, you will be responsible for supporting the property management team in end-to-end property management. No two days are the same and with our core focus of delivering an exceptional service. With mentoring, this position will develop the skills needed to masterfully manage a small portfolio of properties.
About You
You are a well presented, experienced all rounder with a thirst for learning all aspects of property management. You are an individual who thrives in a diverse and ever-changing environment. Motivated by a great team and customer experience, you love to roll your sleeves up and do whatever it takes to ensure the portfolio continues to grow and is running smoothly. You are highly organised and enjoy the day to day balancing act of working in a dynamic and busy environment.
Skills, Experience & Responsibilities
Real Estate qualification required
Provide a high level of customer service to our valued clients
Outstanding polished and professional communication skill
Demonstrates initiative and a can do attitude with a smile
Working 1 in 4 Saturdays (day off in lieu)
Desire to be mentored into a career progression of Property Manager with own portfolio
