About the Role 

Reporting to senior leaders within Property Management, this role plays a key part in streamlining processes, supporting our PM leaders and teams, and ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work across onboarding, training, events, reporting and administration, partnering closely with Team Leaders, the PM admin team and other internal stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities 

Managing the PM Invoices inbox and Property Management inbox, ensuring timely and accurate processing and responses.  

Coordinating new team member inductions for Property Management. 

Planning and coordinating PM events such as conferences, Christmas parties and training sessions, including logistics and communications.  

Acting as the casual recruitment contact, overseeing rosters, approving timesheets for casuals and supporting workforce planning.  

Providing day-to-day support to the PM team 

Managing operational tasks such 

Coordinating renter gifting and owner gifting programs, ensuring a consistent, premium client experience.  

Producing and updating reports  

Providing accounting support including end-of-month data entry  

About You 
You will thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment and enjoy supporting multiple stakeholders while keeping processes organised and on track. Your strong administration skills and eye for detail will be matched by your ability to build relationships and communicate confidently across all levels of the business. 

 

Skills & Experience 

Previous experience in property management, real estate administration or a similar coordination role. 

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting and documentation.  

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.  

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a sense of urgency when responding to team needs.  

Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional presentation.  

Confidence using Microsoft Office and property/real estate software (experience with industry platforms will be highly regarded).
