Job Description

Job Summary
Responsible for general upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of Fraser River properties, including pool care, to ensure they are safe, clean, and in good working order.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections of properties

Carry out minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)

Maintain heating, cooling, and lighting systems

Handle seasonal work such as snow removal and lawn care

Clean and maintain pools, including water testing and chemical balancing

Keep common areas and outdoor spaces clean and safe

Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly

Coordinate work with external contractors when required

Qualifications

Previous property/building maintenance experience preferred

Knowledge of basic repairs, building systems, and pool care

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Physically able to lift, climb, and work in various weather conditions

Valid driver’s license is mandatory
