In this role, you’ll work closely with our Owner Services team in the Desert Color community to ensure each vacation rental is fully prepared for both guests and owners. The Property Inspector plays an essential role in maintaining our standards by conducting detailed inspections, restocking inventory, identifying maintenance or cleaning concerns, completing minor touch-ups, and thoroughly documenting property conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare units for guest arrivals and owner stays
Conduct detailed property inspections, checking for cleanliness, damage, and wear-and-tear
Deliver and restock inventory
Identify and report maintenance issues to the appropriate team
Perform minor cleaning touch-ups and light maintenance as needed
Document inspection details in property management software
Communicate clearly and promptly with maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services teams
Assist with scheduling inspections and inventory tracking
Adapt to changing daily priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Reliable with consistent follow-through
Clear and effective communication
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Sense of urgency and commitment to high standards
Schedule
Friday - Tuesday
11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (20–29 hours per week - based on business needs)

Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour
