Reporting to the Sportsbook Propositions Fulfilment Manager, you will be responsible for the setup and execution of all sportsbook bonus mechanisms for the UK Sports Brands. This will include all new customer acquisition, ATL marketing, BTL retention, and reactivation offers. 

With multiple brand (Ladbrokes, Coral, bwin and Sportingbet) responsibility, you will act as the gatekeeper of all sportsbook bonus mechanisms, managing those systems and processes to ensure the greatest level of service delivery for our customers. 

You will work with your internal business stakeholders (Proposition Teams & Player Marketing Teams) to setup, test and execute all bonus and promotion offers, ensuring that the end-to-end customer journey is delivered to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Act as a key point of contact between the Propositions Fulfilment team and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, brand strategies, and regulatory compliance. 

• Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to improve bonus and promotional fulfilment processes, including setup, QA, and execution. Drive efficiencies and scalable solutions across Digital and Retail environments, with a focus on continuous improvement. 

• Complex Campaign Management: Take ownership of complex or high-priority campaigns, including digital, multi-channel, retail or cross-functional campaigns, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery and a strong customer experience. 

• Data-Driven Insights: Work closely with analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance, using insights to recommend and implement strategic improvements for future promotions. 

• Stakeholder Influence: Partner with Proposition Teams, Marketing, and Product Owners to provide informed input on bonus strategy, ensuring it aligns with both customer expectations and the business's commercial objectives. 

• Regulatory Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance for bonus mechanisms, proactively identifying risks and ensuring adherence to Responsible Gambling standards. 

Essential

• Proven track record in bonus mechanisms setup, execution, and optimisation, preferably within a sportsbook or gaming environment. 

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience overseeing or guiding junior colleagues. 

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly related to campaign performance and customer journey optimization. 

• Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships at various levels. 

• Accountability. Owns tasks and outcomes, demonstrating reliability and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. 

Desired

• A natural enthusiasm for sports, betting and gaming in general. (Not essential)  

• Regulatory Awareness 

• Established user of Microsoft Excel and other Office tools. 

• Strong personal organizational skills have previously worked and delivered solutions to fixed deadlines.
