Promotion Data Entry Coordinator (Omnichannel)

As our Promotion Data Entry Coordinator, you take end-to-end ownership of the promotions data that powers our Omnichannel commercial execution. You ensure hundreds of promotions launch accurately and on time across channels, markets, and stores every day. You’re the person the business trusts for precision, continuity, and control, and you continuously improve how we work so we can scale with confidence as we grow.

Responsibilities

This role requires high ownership in a strict, high-stakes environment. You’re precise, consistent, and resilient. And you thrive when you can make the operation better, not just run it. With that in mind you will own the:

• End-to-end promotions data execution: create, enter, validate, update, and maintain promotions data across our systems with high accuracy and strong operational discipline.
• Data quality & governance: safeguard promotion setup standards, spot anomalies before they impact customers, and proactively prevent recurring errors through checks and clear ways of working.
• Cross-functional coordination: act as the central point of contact connecting Business Technology, Marketing, and Local Markets. Aligning requirements, clarifying inputs, and driving timely approvals.
• Operational continuity: ensure day-to-day promotion readiness, handle changes with control, and keep stakeholders informed when priorities shift.
• Process improvement & scalability: identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and (where relevant) outsource parts of the operation. Building a more scalable and resilient promotions setup as more markets and stores are added.
• Project support: contribute to promotion-related projects by owning your work stream deliverables, keeping timelines on track, and ensuring outcomes translate into stable day-to-day operations.

• You work at HBO level or higher.
• You consistently deliver high-quality, accurate work and enjoy becoming the subject-matter expert in your domain.
• You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in operational excellence, bringing structure and improvement to repetitive work.
• You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and collaborate with empathy and professionalism.
• Fluent in English (Dutch and/or other languages is a plus).
• Experience in retail, administration, operations, or tech-enabled processes; comfortable with automation and standardization to keep control as we scale.
• Experience with EVA promotions or other POS/promotion systems is a strong plus.
