• Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung eines R-basierten Tools inkl. Architektur
• Implementierung transparenter und reproduzierbarer Berechnungslogiken
• Entwicklung von Referenzmodellen und Bereitstellung validierter Referenzwerte
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung automatisierter Testverfahren inkl. Skripten und Auswertungen
• Durchführung fachlicher und technischer Tests inkl. Dokumentation und Abweichungsanalysen
• Unterstützung von Fachbereichs- und Abnahmetests
• Analyse, Interpretation und Dokumentation von Daten und Ergebnissen
• Erstellung und Pflege revisionssicherer technischer und fachlicher Dokumentation
• Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Wissenstransfer

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung statistischer und mathematischer Anwendungen mit R
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für Mathematik, Statistik und versicherungsmathematische Fragestellungen
• Erfahrungen im aktuariellen Umfeld der privaten Krankenversicherung; idealerweise in der Versicherungstechnik
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Referenzrechnern oder fachlichen Testtools
• Erfahrung in Testautomatisierung sowie der Konzeption und Durchführung fachlicher Tests
• Fähigkeit zur semantischen Interpretation und fachlichen Bewertung von Daten Strukturierte, selbständige und nachvollziehbare Arbeitsweise
• Gute analytische Fähigkeiten
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (mindestens C1) und Teamfähigkeit
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit JIRA und Confluence oder vergleichbaren Tools
