Projektmanager (all genders)

Your role:
Become part of our Project Management Circle in the Customer Success Team and play an active role in shaping the introduction of our SYNAOS IMP management system at leading customers. In this role, you will take responsibility for complex implementation projects, manage internal and external stakeholders, and successfully bring projects from planning to go-live.

Your mission:
• Independent management of customer projects for the introduction of our SYNAOS IMP control system
• Creation and maintenance of project plans (e.g., Gantt charts), resource and communication plans
• Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders (customers, FTF manufacturers, development, management)
• Identification and management of risks, dependencies, and conflicting goals
• Translation of customer requirements into technical specifications in close coordination with the development team
• Management of customer-specific enhancements and coordination of tests and go-live phases

Your profile:
• 3 or more years of experience in project management, ideally in technical or software-based projects
• Certificates are not a must but are an advantage; however, genuine implementation skills are crucial
• Strong ability to communicate proactively with different stakeholders
• Structured, solution-oriented approach to work with the ability to think outside the box
• Confident use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Basic technical understanding in the field of IT, logistics, or automation is an advantage
• Business fluent written and spoken German and English
