Job Description

Für die Stabilisierung und Optimierung der Workplace-Umgebung suchen wir für unseren Kunden im Versicherungsumfeld einen erfahrenen Projektleiter / Taskforce Leiter.

Du übernimmst die Führung einer Taskforce in einem operativ anspruchsvollen Umfeld (Fat Client, Citrix, Endpoint Management) und sorgst für schnelle Verbesserungen sowie nachhaltige Stabilisierung.

Der Fokus liegt auf klarer Führung, Transparenz gegenüber Stakeholdern und schneller Umsetzung von Massnahmen in einem Umfeld mit hoher Dringlichkeit.

Aufgaben

• Führung und Koordination einer Taskforce im Workplace-Umfeld

• Analyse und Priorisierung von Incidents und Problemfeldern
