Sie haben Erfahrung in der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung und möchten Projekte eigenständig verantworten – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung?
In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Lüftungstechnik und steuern diese in der Ausführung – technisch, wirtschaftlich und organisatorisch.
Unser Mandant ist ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich Gebäudetechnik mit Fokus auf Planung und Ausführung anspruchsvoller Projekte. Die Umsetzung erfolgt in einem praxisnahen Umfeld mit klaren Strukturen und kurzen Entscheidungswegen.

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung im Bereich Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Lüftungstechnik
• Steuerung der Projekte unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität
• Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Terminplänen
• Koordination von Personal, Material sowie Nachunternehmern
• Verantwortung für Abrechnung, Aufmaß und Leistungsfeststellung
• Bearbeitung von Nachträgen und kontinuierliche Projektoptimierung
• Führung und Einsatzplanung von Baustellenpersonal
• Zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Projektbeteiligten

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär oder Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik / TGA
• Erste Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Bauleitung im Bereich TGA
• Verständnis für technische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge in Bauprojekten
• Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen
• Führerschein Klasse B
