Unser Mandant ist ein spezialisiertes Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Bauumfeld mit Fokus auf die Organisation und Steuerung komplexer Baustellenlogistik.

Bei technisch anspruchsvollen Hochbauprojekten – insbesondere im gewerblichen und infrastrukturellen Umfeld – ist eine strukturierte und effiziente Logistik entscheidend für den Projekterfolg. Dabei werden sämtliche Abläufe auf der Baustelle ganzheitlich geplant, koordiniert und überwacht – von der Anlieferung über interne Transportwege bis hin zur Entsorgung.

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Logistikkonzepten für anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte
• Steuerung und Koordination von Projektteams, Nachunternehmern und logistischen Abläufen
• Organisation und Optimierung von Transportwegen, Lieferverkehren und Baustellenlogistik
• Schnittstelle zur Bauleitung, Kalkulation und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
• Teilnahme an Baustellen- und Abstimmungsterminen sowie Verhandlungsführung
• Erstellung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie laufendem Reporting im Projektverlauf
• Mitwirkung im Vertrags-, Nachtrags- und Abrechnungsmanagement
• Auswahl, Steuerung und Bewertung von Nachunternehmern im Bereich Baulogistik

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, eine Weiterbildung zum Meister / Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Baulogistik, Logistikkoordination oder Bauabwicklung
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Logistikkonzepten auf Baustellen
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für Bauabläufe und Schnittstellen im Hochbau
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit bauspezifischer Software (z. B. iTWO)
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
