Job Description

Für ein mehrjähriges Projekt im Bereich externe Archivierung und Dokumentenmanagement suchen wir eine erfahrene Projektleitung mit hoher Fach- und Methodenkompetenz. Du verantwortest die Einführung bzw. Begleitung einer externen Archivierungslösung und steuerst komplexe Fragestellungen im Spannungsfeld von Compliance, Digitalisierung und unterschiedlichen Stakeholder-Interessen.

Du bewegst dich sicher in einem Umfeld mit vielen Unsicherheiten, regulatorischen Anforderungen und verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen und bringst Struktur, Klarheit und Umsetzungskraft ins Projekt.

Aufgaben

• Leitung und Steuerung eines komplexen Archivierungsprojekts

• Begleitung einer externen Archivierungslösung inkl. Dienstleister-Steuerung

• Koordination und Motivation unterschiedlicher Stakeholder

• Analyse und Optimierung von Archivierungsprozessen

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Compliance-Anforderungen

• Vorantreiben des Projekts trotz offener Fragestellungen und Unsicherheiten
