Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung sowie der Optimierung komplexer Gebäudesysteme. Dabei werden Projekte von der Planung über die Inbetriebnahme bis hin zur Betriebsoptimierung ganzheitlich begleitet – mit einem klaren Fokus auf Effizienz, Nachhaltigkeit und zukunftsfähige Gebäudekonzepte.

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Koordination von TGA-Projekten (HKLS, Elektro, Gebäudeautomation)
• Unterstützung und Steuerung der Inbetriebnahme technischer Anlagen und Systeme
• Überwachung und Begleitung von Funktionsprüfungen vor Ort
• Definition und Abstimmung von Messpunkten sowie Erfassung relevanter Betriebsdaten
• Analyse und Auswertung von Betriebsdaten zur Optimierung der Gebäudefunktion
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachplanern, Bauherren und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
• Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung eines effizienten und nachhaltigen Gebäudebetriebs

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Energiesysteme oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Berufserfahrung in der Planung oder Bearbeitung von TGA-Projekten
• Grundverständnis der technischen Gewerke (HKLS, Elektro, Gebäudeautomation)
• Interesse an Inbetriebnahme, technischen Systemzusammenhängen und Gebäudebetrieb
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe technische Zusammenhänge
• Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
