Als kommunikationsstarker und einfühlsamer Projektmanager (m/w/d) spielst du bei unserem Kunden eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau und der Erweiterung wichtiger Geschäftsbeziehungen auf dem deutschen Telekommunikationsmarkt. Bring deine mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement – idealerweise im Vertrieb (Haustürverkauf, direkter B2C-Vertrieb) – sowie im Telekommunikationsumfeld aktiv ein.

Mit deinen hervorragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten kannst du auch in schwierigen Situationen selbstbewusst und zuverlässig handeln.

Deine Aufgaben

• Zentrale Schnittstelle zu wichtigen Großkunden
• Klare Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
• Selbstständige Leitung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte
• Verantwortung für Datenmanagement und -analyse (CRM Salesforce)
• Lösungsorientierte Prozessgestaltung und -optimierung
• Proaktives Konfliktmanagement und nachhaltige Kundenbindung

Requirements:
Profil & Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise im direkten B2C-Vertrieb
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Telekommunikationsbereich sind von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise Salesforce
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Lösungsorientierte, einfühlsame und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
• Flexibel, belastbar und selbstbewusst in herausfordernden Situationen
