Project Support & Communications Analyst (5150)

cBEYONData + SMX is seeking a Project Support and Communications Analyst to join our team in support of a Modernized Data Science Platform for a Federal customer. The focus across the broader program includes IT transformation, requirements development, change management and human-centered design, among other IT modernization programmatic activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support for a large scale project

• Develop process to ensure project documentation is maintained by team on appropriate repositories and monitor/manage this process

• Support stakeholder communications as directed by the Project Manager

• Attend meetings and capture meeting minutes

• Document risks, issues, action items, and decisions

• Develop various trackers to track broader project teams’ activities (e.g., training requirements, onboarding, etc.)

• Provide PM and team leads with support and recommendations related to ongoing project operations

• Support onboarding and offboarding of team

Required Skills/Experience

• BA/BS degree

• Active Secret security clearance

• 2 years' experience in similar role

• Manage multiple priorities in high-paced environment

• Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience using and managing document repositories

• Experience working with Confluence

Desired Skills/Experience

• DOD experience

• Experience with Data Science and/or Data Analytics projects
