Position Summary
The Project Support Clerk supports the Project Managers and Field Personnel to perform day-to-day clerical functions required to manage jobsite operations.
Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, copying, printing, entering data, scheduling meetings, making reservations and making phone calls
Assist with Quality Control/Turnover activities
Sign in new hires
Helping to organize and submit time sheets for Payroll
Complete weekly Apprentice Reports
Participate in meetings
Document questions and concerns discussed during meetings
Update lists and tables
Keep job trailer organized and clean
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Work Experience
Required:
Valid driver’s license required
Experience working for a construction company, preferred
Education:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong computer skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with Google Docs/Google Drive is a plus
Experience in Bluebeam preferred
PlanGrid experience preferred
Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, exceptional ability to follow through
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to:
Professionally interact with vendors and customers
Work calmly under deadlines and external pressure
Take direction from multiple sources
Work as part of a team or independently

Travel Requirements:
This position is located on a jobsite. Travel is primarily local during the business day.

Ability to sit for long periods of time
Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently
Ability to withstand extended exposure to a computer monitor, which may at times be straining on the eyes
