Job Description
Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Project Scheduler for Port Washington, WI. The Project Scheduler will support project teams by developing, maintaining, and analyzing construction schedules. This role plays a critical part in planning, tracking progress, and identifying risks to help ensure large-scale mission-critical construction projects stay on schedule.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain project schedules for moderately complex construction projects
Update schedules, revise forecasts, and evaluate delay impacts
Communicate schedule status, risks, and key milestones to project teams
Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop “what-if” scenarios
Identify critical path activities, constraints, and potential delays
Analyze contractor claims, delay costs, and time impacts
Prepare schedule reports, including earned value and cost integration analysis
Perform real-time schedule analysis and tracking
Review contractor schedule submittals (baseline and updates)
Support project planning through WBS development, sequencing, and duration estimates
Review project records and construction documents to support scheduling efforts
Qualifications:
6+ years of relevant scheduling experience
Experience with Primavera P6 required
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, CPM scheduling, and delay analysis
Experience reviewing contractor schedules and project documentation
Experience with mission-critical, hyperscale, or data center construction projects
(preferred)
Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex schedule data and communicate risks and impacts clearly. This includes strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
