• Set-up baseline master programme in accordance with the project implementation strategy.
• Conduct review and health-check of the detailed programme submitted by third party stakeholders in a project.
• Advise recommended recovery plan in a failing programme.
• Conduct delay analysis  and provide recommendations to the client as necessary.
• Provide advice as it relates to project sequencing and logical links.
• Conduct progress review against the agreed baseline.
• Monitor project risks as it relates to project programme and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Proactively analyse project schedules by comparing cost and resource curves to actuals, tracking floats, perform schedule integrity (health) and quality checks, critical path analysis, analysing quantity progress curves, schedule performance index, carry-out delay impact analysis, monitor monthly performance and carry out variance analysis.
• Record reasons for delay and quantification with all supporting documentation on a regular basis.
• Prepare narratives as necessary to allow the Project Managers to present the programme in a presentable manner
• Bachelor's Degree in construction/engineering fields (e.g., Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, etc.)
• Proficiency in multi-disciplinary aspect of a construction project (e.g., Procurement, Design Development, Civil & Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire and other disciplines' constructions, Testing & Commissioning, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Other programming/scheduling tools are added value
