About Your Role
CMTS is seeking a highly motivated Project Scheduler to support Dallas Independent School District (DISD) capital improvement and renovation programs in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules across multiple K-12 construction projects while supporting schedule integration, delay analysis, reporting, and schedule risk mitigation activities.
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Construction Management
Engineering
Related field preferred
Preferred Certifications
PMI-SP – Scheduling Professional Certification
PSP – Planning & Scheduling Professional Certification
Required Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in:
Construction Scheduling
Project Scheduling
Infrastructure or public-sector programs
Experience supporting:
K-12 construction projects preferred
Strong proficiency in:
Primavera P6
Microsoft Project
Experience reviewing and analyzing:
Contractor schedules
Baseline schedules
Schedule updates
Strong understanding of:
Construction sequencing
Project phasing
Construction delivery methods
Ability to perform:
Critical path analysis
Float analysis
Schedule risk identification
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
K-12 bond programs
Large capital improvement programs
Familiarity with:
e-Builder
Procore
PMWeb
Experience with:
Multi-project schedule integration
Program-level scheduling
Knowledge of:

Delay impact methodologies
Possession of or progress toward:
PMI-SP
PSP certification
